// 01 · BRAINCORE

Multimodal Perception & Reasoning Engine

Conventional robots operate through pre-programmed rules — reliable within defined parameters, helpless outside them. BrainCore replaces the finite state machine with a large multimodal AI model, ingesting camera streams, LiDAR point clouds, force sensors, and microphone audio simultaneously to perform genuine scene comprehension and dynamic task planning.

Each full reasoning cycle is a high-token-density process: continuous multi-frame visual understanding, cross-modal signal fusion, long-sequence task decomposition. This is generative AI's most transformative application in robotics — elevating machines from programmed tools to genuine cognitive collaborators.

  • Real-time semantic scene parsing — object recognition, human tracking, dynamic obstacle detection
  • Cross-modal fusion reasoning — completing compound judgments no single sensor can handle alone
  • Long-horizon task planning — decomposing abstract goals into ordered executable action sequences
  • Low-confidence scene escalation — human confirmation requests before uncertain actions execute
  • Sub-200ms end-to-end latency — meeting industrial real-time control requirements

// 02 · LINGUABOT

Multilingual Natural Language Interface

The language barrier is the single largest obstacle in robot globalization. Traditionally, overseas operators face months of training to operate Chinese-interface robots — a cost that erodes the economics of deployment. LinguaBot eliminates this barrier entirely: operators speak or type in their native language, and the system understands immediately.

LinguaBot handles not just imperative commands but descriptive language ("that red box"), vague instructions ("be careful"), and contextual references ("do it like yesterday") — making the robot a genuine collaborative partner rather than a machine that must be learned.

  • 15+ language real-time intent understanding — covering all major target export markets
  • Ambiguity resolution and contextual inference — clarification requests in the same language
  • Multi-turn dialogue history management — supports continuous instruction and correction
  • Bilingual anomaly alerts — robot status communicated in operator's native tongue instantly
  • Voice and text dual-mode input — adapts to different working environment conditions
// 03 · REMOTEOPS

Cloud Remote Operations & Diagnostics

When a robot breaks down in a Vietnamese factory, a Saudi warehouse, or an Indonesian production line, flying a Chinese engineer on-site is neither fast nor economical. RemoteOps gives every deployed robot an AI engineer on permanent standby — one that knows the full operational history of that specific machine, can interpret all sensor streams, communicates in the local language, and can complete in minutes a diagnosis that would traditionally take days.

The predictive maintenance module analyzes vibration, temperature, and current trends to issue 30-day advance warnings on critical component failures — transforming reactive emergency repair into planned preventive maintenance, eliminating unplanned downtime at its root.

  • 7×24h continuous monitoring across all global time zones — no coverage gaps
  • Multimodal fault diagnosis — fusing sensor data and industrial camera imagery for root cause analysis
  • 30-day advance warning on critical component end-of-life — maintenance scheduled before failure occurs
  • Multilingual step-by-step repair guides — non-specialist operators resolve 80%+ of faults independently
  • Spare parts lifecycle management — automated procurement triggers before stock-out occurs

// 04 · SCENEADAPT

Scene Adaptive Learning System

SceneAdapt transforms robots from static tools into continuously evolving intelligent agents. Every task execution, operator interaction, and fault resolution across the global robot fleet generates training material that — via federated learning — improves the AI capabilities of every robot in the network, without any raw customer data ever leaving the customer's premises.

The result: the 100th robot deployed in Vietnam arrives pre-loaded with all the operational experience accumulated by the previous 99 deployments across Asia and the Middle East. As Sky Robotics' global fleet grows, the compounding advantage of this data flywheel becomes increasingly difficult for competitors to replicate.

  • Federated learning architecture — raw data never crosses device boundaries
  • Rapid new-scene adaptation — historical experience generates initial strategies in hours, not weeks
  • Operator preference learning — personalizes the interaction experience over time
  • Automatic knowledge base enrichment — every resolved issue expands the collective intelligence
  • Network effect moat — competitive advantage compounds with every additional deployment

Products & Services

RoboBrain Cloud's four AI modules form a complete intelligence stack — covering perception, language, maintenance, and learning across the full robot lifecycle.

// MODULE 01 · BRAINCORE
Multimodal Perception & Reasoning Engine
BrainCore is the core reasoning engine of RoboBrain Cloud, processing the full spectrum of multimodal sensor data from deployed robots and performing deep scene understanding and dynamic task decision-making in the cloud. By replacing finite state machine logic with a generative AI model's universal reasoning capability, BrainCore gives robots the ability to handle genuinely novel situations that no engineer ever pre-programmed for.
01
Multimodal Data Ingestion
Synchronously ingests RGB+depth camera streams, LiDAR point clouds, IMU inertial data, force/torque sensors, and microphone audio. All channels are unified-encoded and uploaded to BrainCore cloud inference nodes, with local edge buffering supporting temporary connectivity loss and automatic retransmission.
02
Scene Understanding & Semantic Mapping
A vision-language model performs real-time semantic parsing of image frames — classifying objects, inferring states, tracking human movement and intent. Combined with LiDAR data, the system constructs a 3D semantic map that provides precise scene context for downstream path planning and task execution.
03
Cross-Modal Fusion Reasoning
Visual semantics, geometric spatial data, haptic feedback, and historical task memory are fused into a unified multimodal context and fed into the task reasoning model. This enables compound perceptual judgments that no single sensor modality could complete independently — for example, simultaneously reading object state and human intent in a noisy factory environment.
04
Long-Horizon Task Planning & Decomposition
Abstract high-level task goals (e.g. "sort components from Station A into the correct bins at Station B according to the BOM") are decomposed via Chain-of-Thought reasoning into ordered atomic action sequences, supporting conditional branching, exception handling, and parallel sub-task execution across complex industrial workflows.
05
Action Command Dispatch & Execution Feedback
Generated action commands are translated by the Edge Agent into robot-specific low-level control protocols and executed on the physical body. Execution feedback is continuously monitored; deviations beyond threshold trigger real-time replanning — forming a closed perception→reasoning→action→feedback loop that ensures precision and safety.

LinguaBot · Multilingual Natural Language Interface
LinguaBot permanently eliminates the language barrier at the heart of robot globalization. Supporting 15+ languages with real-time natural language command understanding, multi-turn dialogue management, and anomaly state broadcasting, LinguaBot lets any operator in any market use the robot effectively in their native language from day one — without a single hour of specialized training.
01
Voice & Text Dual-Mode Input
Operators issue commands via voice or text through the companion mobile app. Speech is transcribed in real time via on-device ASR, then unified with text input into the intent understanding pipeline. The dual-mode design adapts to different environments — voice for loud factory floors, text for quiet warehouses or control rooms.
02
Multilingual Intent Understanding & Disambiguation
A multilingual large language model performs deep intent parsing — extracting task type, target object, operational parameters, and constraints from natural language input. For ambiguous or low-confidence expressions, the system asks a clarifying question in the same language before proceeding, eliminating misoperation risk.
03
Contextual Multi-Turn Dialogue Management
Cross-turn dialogue history is maintained to support pronoun coreference resolution ("move it over there"), task correction ("actually, put it on the left"), and instruction chaining ("grab three more"). Continuous conversational context makes interactions feel natural and fluid, not transactional.
04
Instruction-to-Action Translation
Parsed structured intent is handed to BrainCore's task planning module to generate an executable action sequence. Simultaneously, a running status commentary is broadcast to the operator in their language: "Executing: moving 3 units from Workstation A to the staging area at Gate 2." Human-robot collaboration remains fully transparent.
05
Multilingual Anomaly Alerting
When the robot encounters an obstacle, fault, or safety hazard, an immediate voice + text dual-channel alert is pushed in the operator's native language — precisely describing the anomaly type, current position, and recommended response — ensuring rapid, correct reaction before situations escalate.

RemoteOps · Cloud Remote Operations & Diagnostics
RemoteOps transforms the traditional expert-engineer-on-site maintenance model — slow, expensive, geographically constrained — into a 7×24 AI-powered cloud operations system. It covers the complete maintenance value chain: real-time health monitoring, digital twin modeling, multimodal fault diagnosis, multilingual guided repair, and predictive component lifecycle management — reducing overseas robot maintenance costs by up to 60%.
01
Real-Time Health Status Monitoring
Edge Agents continuously sample joint current, temperature, vibration, cycle count, and other full-spectrum sensor data at second-level frequency, uploading to the RemoteOps health monitoring platform. Each robot's real-time health score is displayed on a unified fleet management dashboard, filterable by region, model, and customer account.
02
Digital Twin Personalized Health Baseline
The cloud builds an individual digital twin for each robot, trained on that machine's complete operational history. Compared to generic threshold-based rules, personalized baselines detect subtle early anomaly signals days or weeks before they develop into failures — catching what generic monitoring would miss entirely.
03
AI Multimodal Fault Diagnosis
When an anomaly is detected, RemoteOps AI fuses current sensor time-series data, industrial camera imagery (optional), historical fault case records, and equipment technical manual knowledge to perform root cause analysis — generating a structured diagnostic report with confidence scoring and recommended corrective actions.
04
Multilingual Guided Repair
Diagnosis results drive the generation of step-by-step illustrated repair guides presented in the operator's native language, annotated with component location diagrams and video examples. Non-specialist maintenance workers can independently resolve over 80% of common fault categories — collapsing average fault-to-resolution time from days to hours.
05
Predictive Maintenance & Spare Parts Management
Wear progression models for critical components (motors, gearboxes, bearings, seals) forecast remaining useful life and generate maintenance work orders automatically 30 days before predicted end-of-life. Procurement recommendations are triggered proactively to local supplier systems — ensuring parts availability before shutdown risk materializes.

SceneAdapt · Scene Adaptive Learning System
SceneAdapt is RoboBrain Cloud's most strategically significant module — the engine that turns Sky Robotics' growing global fleet into a compounding competitive advantage. Based on federated learning and continual learning architectures, SceneAdapt converts real-world operational experience across thousands of deployments into continuously improving AI capability, while keeping every byte of customer data strictly within their own infrastructure.
01
Local Data Collection & Annotation
Each deployed robot continuously collects task execution trajectories, outcome labels, operator feedback signals, and fault resolution records. The Edge Agent performs local preprocessing and structured annotation — raw sensory data never leaves the customer's premises, addressing data sovereignty requirements across all target markets.
02
Local Model Training & Encryption
Each robot node fine-tunes a lightweight local model on its local dataset, then uploads only the encrypted model parameter gradients — not data — to the federated learning server. Differential privacy noise is applied to gradients before transmission, making reverse-engineering of original data mathematically infeasible.
03
Global Model Secure Aggregation
The cloud federated learning server performs secure aggregation of encrypted gradients from all global nodes, updating the global AI model parameters by combining the best-performing strategies from each deployment context into a unified global optimum, which is then distributed back to all registered robot nodes.
04
Rapid New-Scene Transfer Adaptation
When a new robot enters a previously unseen application context — such as transitioning from automotive manufacturing to pharmaceutical packaging — SceneAdapt retrieves the most similar historical scene strategies from its experience library and generates an initial adaptation policy, compressing new-scene commissioning from weeks to hours.
05
Compounding Intelligence Accumulation
As Sky Robotics' global fleet grows, the federated learning node count increases, training data diversity expands, and global model quality improves continuously — forming a "more deployments → richer data → smarter AI → better product → more deployments" positive flywheel that compounds the competitive moat over time.

Mission & Vision

Why We Exist

Chinese-manufactured robots have achieved world-class competitiveness in reliability, precision, and value. What has historically constrained their success in premium global markets is not product quality — it is the absence of intelligent AI capability, multilingual interaction, and accessible overseas operational support. Sky Robotics exists to close that gap, permanently and at scale.

🎯
Mission
To give every intelligent robot — regardless of where it is manufactured or where it is deployed — the AI capability to understand its environment, communicate with its operators, diagnose its own health, and continuously improve its performance. We make machine intelligence globally accessible.
🌍
Vision
A world in which language, cultural distance, and geographic separation are no longer barriers to robot performance — where any operator in any country can command, collaborate with, and maintain an intelligent robot with the same ease as a native-language product from a local manufacturer.
💡
Technology Philosophy
We build AI-native systems, not AI-augmented legacy software. Every product module is designed from first principles around large language models and multimodal AI — which is why our solutions consistently outperform retrofitted alternatives by an order of magnitude in both capability and cost-effectiveness.
